Located in the highlands of Mt. Meru in Northern Tanzania. Mondul Coffee Estate has been growing high quality coffee since 1931. A community of over 100 employees embracing traditional and modern practices. Cherries are selected and pulped within 8 hours. The coffee is then fermented for 24 to 36 hours with a mid-wash 12 to 18 hours between fermentation. Lastly the coffee is sun dried for 21 days, leaving a cup of complex flavors.
