All coffee and tea are not subject to sales tax in the State of Maine. No sales tax will be charged to orders from other locations. Customer Information Policy We collect customer information in an effort to improve our Products and our web-site. We recognize that we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We may use customer information for marketing and promotional purposes. If you would like to make sure that we do not sell or rent information about you to third parties, simply check the box indicating so on your order form. Ordering by Phone After completing the order form, either print the form or have it on your computer screen when you are ready to call. Ordering by Mail If you prefer to pay by Money Order or Personal Check, you can mail your order to us. After printing the order form, complete it and mail your order to us at: Coffee By Design, Inc. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Wednesday. All domestic orders can be sent by FedEx Ground or by our FedEx Overnight Service. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and any US Territory require an additional delivery time and charge. We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses without an additional shipping charge All PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via the USPS . If this causes you any inconvenience please contact us and we will work with you to arrange special shipping. Free Shipping only applies to orders shipped within the Contiguous 48 States. We exclude Alaska, Hawaii and any US Territory from free shipping. Orders are not charged until they are ready to ship. Our charge will appear on you credit card statement as "Coffee By Design" * Pay by Check or Money Order If you choose to mail your order to us you may pay by personal check or money order (In addition to Credit Card). Please do not send cash! All payments must be in US Dollars and need to be payable to "Coffee By Design, Inc." You will be charged $25.00 for any check that is "bounced" or rejected. We cannot be responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail. We suggest you request a proof of delivery. Once we receive your mailed payment and it has been authorized (This process can take up to 21 days for personal checks) we will ship your order. Cancellations We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible - Usually within 48 hours. If you contact us before your order is shipped we are more than happy to Change or Cancel your order. Returns We want you to be happy with your order, but we understand that it may be necessary for you to return your order. If you're not pleased with your purchase you may return your order for refund or replacement within 30 days of the date that your order was delivered. Simply call our Mail Order department within the 30-day guarantee period to obtain a return authorization number. Your return must be accompanied by the original packing slip (or a copy) and must include your return authorization number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You may want to insure your return and/or ship it in a track-able fashion; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Coffee By Design is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item. All shipping costs will be assumed by the customer. After we receive your package, we will process your return or replacement within 48 hours. If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your credit card statement. If you paid for your order by Check or Money Order, we will send you a refund check via First Class Mail. Orders paid by credit card cannot be refunded by check, nor can Check, or Money Order payments be refunded to a credit card. C.O.D. or Postage Due returns cannot be accepted.
