Uganda Sironko Station Yellow Honey

A unique microlot from our friends at Mountain Harvest in Uganda. Ibrahim Kiganda, Uganda’s National Barista Competition winner, and his assistant Ruth Chebet prepare this Honey Processed coffee at Sironko Station, a hub of innovation and research. Cherries are pulped and placed on raised beds with full mucilage to dry in three stages, followed by a resting phase to cure and homogenize the parchment before milling.
