Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order, but we understand that it may be necessary for you to return your order. If you’re not pleased with your purchase, you may return your order for refund or replacement within 30 days of the date that your order was delivered.

Simply call our Mail Order Department within the 30-day guarantee period to obtain a return authorization number. Your return must be accompanied by the original packing slip (or a copy) and must include your return authorization number.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You may want to insure your return and/or ship it in a trackable fashion; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Coffee By Design is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item. All shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
