CBD’s New Online Experience: Account & Privacy Update
We recently launched the new CBD website and we’re excited to provide our customers with an enhanced online experience! With this launch, however, come a few changes that we’d like to make you aware of.
Customer Account Activation
If you are an existing customer, for enhanced security you need to re-activate your account on our new site. It’s a quick and simple process:
1. To activate your account, please visit: https://coffeebydesign.com/account/register
2. Fill out the information with your name and email, create a new password, and hit the “Create” button.
3. Check your email for either a verification or confirmation email and click the button to be brought back to our store and to your account.
Please note that, due to the transition, past online ordering history is not currently available. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with an improved and streamlined experience.
If you have a Shop Pay account our new site offers the option of connecting your existing Shop Pay account to make purchases. You are not required to use Shop Pay. If you are unfamiliar with Shop Pay, it is an online checkout service offered by Shopify. It lets you save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information and use it to autofill checkout fields when you purchase from a Shopify website. Rest assured, you can also use the CBD website as you always have.
