The beans for this featured coffee are handpicked, fermented for over 150 hours, and sun-dried to create their unique flavor. Cafe Primitivo, owned by Ana Donneys, has five coffee farms and produces specialty coffee with certified agricultural, social, and environmental practices. Ana loves experimenting with coffee and says, "It's my turn to dream" after inheriting the coffee farms from her grandfather.
