Sitting at 1,500 MASL and just west of two of the most active volcanoes in the world, Santa Elisa Pachup’s coffee has earned national recognition in the prestigious Cup of Excellence. The farm is regularly swept with volcanic ash, creating nutrient-dense, well-drained soil conditions.
