Guatemala Finca Santa Elisa Pachup Washed Gesha

Sitting at 1,500 MASL, just west of two of the most active volcanoes in the world, Santa Elisa Pachup has earned national recognition. The farm is regularly swept with volcanic ash, creating nutrient-dense, well-drained soil conditions that result in a unique flavor in the cup.
