One of six children, Iris Alvarado has been passionate about coffee since she was very young. Now the lead cupper for a 700+ member cooperative, her passion and skill really shine through in every cup of coffee! Grown on a just a six hectare farm, Iris’ philosophy on producing coffee is firmly focused on quality first. We’re excited to once again carry Iris’ coffee for you!
