Organic Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Washed

This Ethiopian coffee is grown by farmers in the world renowned Yirgacheffe origin of the Gotiti kebele of Gedeb woreda, known for producing exceptional coffees cultivated at elevations up to 2,200 meters above sea level. 838 smallholder famers in Banko Gotiti contribute to this lot, delivering their hand-picked cherries to the Eva Gotiti Washing Station, where they are processed in the strong regional tradition of washed coffee production. 

The 74112 variety is sourced from Ethiopia’s wild Arabica varieties and selected for its floral aromatics, fruit-forward flavor with vibrant and bright acidity, and resilient performance during farming production.
