Our Sumatra Takengon Gayo Natural is an excellent example of the vibrant coffee scene found in the Gayo Highlands, specifically the Pegasing estate in Takengon, Aceh.

Sumatra Gayo Natural is carefully crafted using the traditional Natural Sundried method which enhances the coffee's inherent qualities This process involves drying whole coffee cherries in the sun for 3-4 weeks, allowing them to absorb the warm sun rays, intensifying their natural sugars and flavors. After reaching optimal dryness, the cherries rest for 10 days to stabilize moisture and enhance complexity. The final step involves hulling at the mills to separate the dried fruit from the seeds, resulting in a truly exceptional coffee.
